Thank you for shopping with T2Fab. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency about how and
when your order will be delivered.

Processing Time


- All orders are made to order and take approximately 3-5 business days to fabricate and prepare for
shipment.
- This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers


- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time rates via Shippo, based on package weight,
dimensions, and your delivery location.
- We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your selection and shipping
destination.

Delivery Times


- After processing, most shipments will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location and
selected shipping method.
- T2Fab is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier, including weather-related or carrier
service disruptions.

Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Issues or Damage


If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation at info@t2fab.com.
- Include your order number and any photos of damage or packaging if applicable.
- We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Addresses


- Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
- T2Fab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
