Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At T2Fab, each ATV accessory is crafted with care and precision, made to order in-house and powder coated
within 3-7 business days. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have the following refund and
return policy:

Cancellations on custom orders or Limited Supply Stock Products


- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, we may have already begun fabrication and cannot guarantee cancellation or a full refund.

Cancellations on in stock orders 
- Orders may be canceled anytime before order is shipped for a full refund. 

Returns


- Custom or made-to-order items (including powder-coated parts) are non-returnable unless there is a defect
or fulfillment error on our part.
- In-stock, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Defects or Damage


If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery at Info@t2fab.com with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Refunds


- Approved refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 5-7 business days after the item is received and
inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned after use or installation
- Custom orders (color, size, engraving, etc.) unless defective
- Orders canceled after fabrication has begun
